With over 30 years experience working in the Respiratory Care and Sleep Disorders fields, Peter Allen is currently employed by Main Line Health as a Clinical Coordinator at the Riddle Hospital Sleep Disorders Center. Riddle Hospital Sleep Disorders Center is AASM accredited. He was the founding project manager for the Bermuda Center for Sleep Disorders. Previously, Peter was on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Sleep Society, American Association of Sleep Technologists National Board of Directors, and he completed a term as National Sleep Section Chair for the American Association for Respiratory Care. He was recently appointed as a Sleep Exam Consultant to the NBRC Board of Directors. In 2018, Peter was awarded the National Sleep Practitioner of the Year Award by the American Association for Respiratory Care. Peter is well known as a conference speaker and planner, for both local and national events.
